Musing over - Daily Inspiration from the Monk who sold his Ferrari

Today’s inspiration is about Impact and Legacy; and about Personal Greatness. January 2 deals with purpose. First thing I am remember regarding purpose is this beautiful quote by Agent Smith:

We’re not here because we’re free; we’re here because we’re not free. There’s no escaping reason, no denying purpose, for as we both know, without purpose we would not exist. It is purpose that created us, purpose that connects us, purpose that pulls us, that guides us, that drives us; it is purpose that defines, purpose that binds us. We are here because of you, Mr. Anderson. We’re here to take from you what you tried to take from us. Purpose.

This one deals with purpose being the secret behind passion and purpose being the most powerful motivator in the world.

Here are my musings over this topic. These are mine and original, so critique harder.

An entity without purpose is tumbleweed; blown away in every direction.

A loss in battle might evoke loss of purpose.

Humans in modern societies are made to follow artificial materials instead of real purposes.

A general after loosing war must loose all purpose in life and thus commit suicide - or - must be terminated for being a traitor.
