- Read it multiple times.
- A good read.
- Gives a lot of info for those who didn’t go to management schools or do not have a clue where to start from.
- Recommended as first book on the subject matter. Informative with concrete details.

SUCCESS is the key word for today.
- Do not let anybody else define success for you.
- Success can be anything you want it to be.
- Success happens as an outcome of hard, dedidcated work.
- Chasing success is foolish. It’ll happen.

DUTY.
- Duty shouldn’t have negative definition as we have it today.
- This is because of western work habits: treating people on duty as slaves.

Emotional Engagement vs. Intellectual Engagement.
- When engaging in an pursuit, brain waves will take you so far.
- Be emotionally invested in whatever you do. That’ll keep you going for longer.
- Mix Intellectual decisions with emotional intelligence to achieve maximum out of your work.

EMOTIONS as LIBERATORS.
- Brain is an analytical machine. Do not let it dictate your every move. That’ll close gap between you and machines. Use your emotions to your advantage.
- If you do not feel strong about something. Don’t let that move dictate your life.
- Have faith in other people when you cannot decide what’s good for you.

BE A CRUSADER.
- Find something or create something that you can be passionate about.
- Crusade for it.
- Teach people about it; make them use it.
- Be so passionate that everything else just boils in it’s heat.
